Broadband · Out of contract

Out of contract? Stop overpaying

When your broadband contract ends, your price usually rises to the standard rate, often by £5 a month or more. Your provider must tell you 10 to 40 days before the end date and once a year after that with its best available tariff. Out of contract, you can leave at any time with 30 days’ notice and no exit fee, and One Touch Switch means you only contact your new provider.
