Your provider must tell you 10 to 40 days before your contract ends. Out of contract, you can leave at any time with 30 days’ notice and no exit fee.

- See your exit costs. Your old provider must tell you any exit fees before you go ahead.
- Switch day. Your old contract ends automatically, with no more than one working day offline.
