About these terms

These terms apply when you use billsqueeze, run by Smartfony Media Ltd, trading as billsqueeze, registered in England and Wales (company number to be confirmed), registered office to be confirmed, ICO registration to be confirmed. By using the site you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.

What billsqueeze is

billsqueeze is a free comparison and information service. We show deals supplied by our partners and facts we collect from providers and regulators. We don’t sell phones, broadband, energy or insurance ourselves, and we don’t give financial, legal or insurance advice.

Prices and accuracy

Deals come from our partners’ live feeds and can change at any time. Provider facts show the date we checked them. We work hard to keep everything accurate, but always confirm the price, the contract length and any yearly rise with the provider before you buy. If you spot a mistake, tell us at partners@billsqueeze.co.uk.

Your contract is with the provider

When you buy a deal, your contract is with the network, provider, retailer or insurer, not with billsqueeze. Questions about your order, bill or service go to them.

How we’re paid

We may earn a commission when you buy through our links. It never changes your price. See how we make money.

Using our content

You’re welcome to link to any page and quote short extracts with a link back. Please don’t copy pages or data in bulk, or scrape the site.

Our liability

We don’t exclude liability where the law doesn’t allow it. Otherwise, because billsqueeze is a free information service, we aren’t liable for losses that come from relying on a deal or fact that changed, or from a provider’s products or service.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
